SOUSN\u2019s moon rental program rents moons from our alliance, Brave, on behalf of individual members, and helps bridge the gap for players who do not own their own Athanors. SOUSN has a four tier program, ranging from the player doing all the work to all the player has to do is mine the moon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tier 1<\/strong> – The player does all the work in coordinating with the alliance and must also coordinate with the Mining Director so our records can reflect what stations we have and to avoid any conflicts with open tickets. Station and fittings are provided by the player. The player contracts the station and fittings to the Starbase Manager for anchoring. Players are responsible for everything including fuel

Price <\/strong>– Moon cost<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tier 2<\/strong> – Player contacts SOUSN resource team through the Discord #moon-rental<\/strong> channel to open a ticket. SOUSN then coordinates with the alliance to acquire the moon. Station and fittings are provided by the player.\u00a0 The player contracts the station and fittings to the Starbase Manager for anchoring. Players are responsible for everything including fuel.

Tier 4<\/strong> – Player contacts SOUSN resource team through Discord #moon-rental<\/strong> channel to open a ticket. Station, fittings, and fuel provided by SOUSN.

If you are unable to fully mine your moon, please open it to corp members so that the ore does not go to waste. Alliance members will not be permitted to mine the moon without your express consent.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corp mining tax will be applied to all ore mined at the standard 5% tax, based on refined value of minerals.

Your moon bill will be received with your mining tax bill on the first of the month. The bill will come in contract form and be from SOUSN. If the bill goes unpaid for 2 weeks, station access will be revoked until the bill is settled. If the bill goes unpaid until the next bill cycle, you will be charged an additional 10% on your bill. If your bill continues to go unpaid, you may be removed from SOUSN until the bill is paid.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can set and fire your own moon laser, but if you need to cancel it, you need to contact the Starbase Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you put in your ticket, list all characters you wish to have ACL access to your rented stations. If you wish to add more characters to your ACL, you need to contact the Starbase Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Station names can be whatever the player would like within reason, SOUSN reserves the right to change the name at its discretion if needed. At the end of the name it must include (P)<\/strong> so that SOUSN can identify private moons from corp moons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you plan on using an Orca or Rorqual on grid for boosting or compression, SOUSN requires you to also have an online POS stick in system to be able to warp safely if needed. The POS can be turned off when not in use; it does not need to stay powered on. It is also the players\u2019 responsibility to fuel the POS stick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUSN reserves the right to unanchor any athanors at its discretion – though notice will be provided.
